Agreement

By accessing or using the website operated under the name Wake County Roof Quote(“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a quote request.

Nature of the service

Wake County Roof Quote is a marketing and lead-connection service for homeowners in Raleigh and greater Wake County, North Carolina. We are not a roofing contractor. Quote requests are routed to independent roofing professionals. Those contractors are solely responsible for workmanship, estimates, contracts, insurance, licensing, and compliance with applicable laws.

Quote requests and communications

When you submit a quote form, you authorize us and our partners to use the contact information you provide—including your name and telephone number—to respond to your request by phone call, text message (SMS), or email, as appropriate to your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply to SMS depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

We may use third-party service providers (for example, telecommunications or email delivery services) to transmit notifications related to your request. Those providers process information only as needed to deliver the service, subject to their own terms and privacy policies where applicable.
